PERCEIVE: Plan, Evaluate, Reinforce: A Conference on Early Intervention for Educators sponsored by UP-SEC

I received this invitation from my SPED yahoogroup, an exclusive yahoogroup for SPED students of the University of the Philippines Diliman. I have attended so many useful SPED seminars through their announcements. Some were offered for free while some require a minimal amount to participate. Still the important thing is that we, as a Special Education teacher or an advocate of Special Education, were there to be part of the Information Drive to bring more awareness on the causes, needs and issues regarding Special Education.

This time, the UP-SEC or the UP-Special Education Council, is sponsoring another one of those invaluable seminars that we, parents, teachers, advocates, should not miss. The details of the seminar is found below.
